Crystal McCahill was Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for May 2009. Her pictorial, titled “It’s Crystal Clear,” was photographed by Stephen Wayda and Barry Fontenot and presented her as Miss May with a family-centered Playboy theme.
McCahill is a second-generation Playboy Playmate. Her mother, Gale Olson, was Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for August 1968. McCahill’s May 2009 Playboy feature noted that a mother and daughter had previously both become Playmates only once before, when Simone Eden, daughter of December 1960 Playmate Carol Eden, became a Playmate in February 1989.
