Shanna Lynn Moakler is an American model, actress, television personality, and beauty pageant titleholder best known as Miss USA 1995 and Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for December 2001. She was born on March 28, 1975, in Providence, Rhode Island, United States. Her zodiac sign is Aries.
