Nikki Leigh is an American actress, social media influencer, glamour, fitness, and nude model. She was born Nicole Leigh Farnam on September 13, 1988, in Cypress, California. Playboy named her its May 2012 Playmate at 23. Her appearance came during Playboy's contemporary era of international and digital publishing.

Nikki Leigh came to Playboy with an unusually strong academic background and virtually no professional modeling experience. She had recently graduated cum laude from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Before college, she had been an honor student, gymnast, choir participant and ballet student, as well as captain of her high-school dance squad.
Travel had already become an important part of Leigh’s life by the time Playboy discovered her. She had visited Tokyo and Beijing and spent a semester studying in Italy, experiences that reinforced an interest in history and other cultures that continued well beyond her Playmate years. Modeling, however, began almost accidentally: after a friend referred her to a casting director, Leigh submitted a photograph and was invited to test specifically for Playboy.
Stephen Wayda photographed her centerfold, turning what was effectively her first modeling assignment into a major national feature. Leigh had wanted to pose for Playboy since her early teens, making the opportunity particularly significant to her. During her time around the Playboy Mansion, she became close with fellow Playmates and divided her schedule between Playmate commitments, friends and the Los Angeles home she maintained outside the Mansion.
Acting and broadcasting soon broadened Leigh’s professional work. She appeared in numerous film and television productions, including the horror film The Sand, while also developing experience as a host and interviewer. She presented a daily hour-long program on SiriusXM, interviewed athletes on the 2012 ESPY Awards red carpet for RadarOnline and worked as on-air talent for KDOC, giving her a career that extended considerably beyond still photography.
Commercial and digital work later took Leigh into athletic advertising, social media and brand partnerships. Her campaigns included Reebok and Asics, while her personal interests increasingly centered on travel, fitness, nutrition and self-care. She also trained in stunt driving, gun handling and target shooting and studied both Spanish and Turkish, adding practical skills to the academic, media and performance experience that followed her first Playboy modeling assignment.
