Lisa Matthews Bio
Lisa Matthews is an American actress, glamour and nude model. She was born Lisa Reich on September 24, 1969, in Peoria, Illinois. Playboy named her its April 1990 Playmate at 20. She was later named Playmate of the Year 1991. Her appearance came during Playboy's 1990s print era, a period increasingly shaped by entertainment and celebrity culture.
Matthews has natural breasts, brown eyes and blond hair. Her measurements are 37-24-36.
A tomboy in the Midwest who grew up playing baseball and football, skiing and riding horses, Matthews brought a surprisingly athletic ease to her early work in Los Angeles after high school. That combination of physical confidence and camera sense helped her move quickly from commercial shoots into higher-profile magazine work, where the picture became as much about posture and motion as it was about looks.
Her magazine career extended beyond a single pictorial. Matthews participated in a string of Playboy videos and a number of newsstand special editions, producing a steady stream of assignments that kept her visible to the magazine’s readers and to casting directors looking for models who could translate stillness into performance.
That crossover led to small screen and film opportunities. She took a bit part in the Bruce Willis comedy Hudson Hawk, an unexpected detour that put her on a studio set and into the orbit of contemporary Hollywood production—an experience representative of a moment when glossy editorial work and mainstream entertainment were trading talent and attention.
Decades after those first shoots, Matthews returned to a camaraderie scene familiar to many magazine veterans: a group recreation of an iconic cover with several of her contemporaries. The reunion included names such as Renee Tenison and other peers from the same era, a reminder that careers built around image often sustain durable professional friendships as well as public memories.
