Alexandra Belle spent much of her childhood in Europe before moving from Italy to Canada at 12. Travel remained a recurring part of her life as she grew older, although she eventually became more of a homebody, happily trading constant movement for quiet time with her dog whenever she was not working.
Belle settled in Vancouver and pursued work as both a model and dancer. Her background in performance also extended to aerial skills, giving her another creative outlet built around movement and physical expression. Photographer Cassandra Keyes eventually brought her to Playboy’s attention and invited her to shoot for Playboy Plus.
Playboy had fascinated Belle long before she imagined appearing in its pages herself. After first encountering the magazine as a child, she rediscovered it when she was older and became particularly interested in its photography. Years later, finding herself in front of a Playboy camera felt unexpectedly natural. “I’ve never felt more comfortable shooting photos before,” she said of the experience.
Belle completed her first Playboy Plus shoot in October 2018 and was voted Cybergirl of the Month the following month. She described the experience as an opportunity she had never expected but embraced with confidence. “It’s been an amazing experience so far!” she told Playboy after making the transition from admirer of the magazine’s photography to featured model.
Away from shoots, Belle enjoys reading, exploring new places with friends and practicing both dance and aerial performance. Those interests neatly reflect the two sides of her personality: an adventurous traveler who enjoys discovering somewhere new, and a quieter homebody perfectly content with a book and her dog. Her November 2018 Cybergirl title brought those qualities together in one of the most notable modeling achievements of her career.
