Nereyda Bird began modeling at 17 and was represented by Wilhelmina Models, building professional experience while still in her teens. In North Miami, Bird co-owns Grab & Go with her mother, a casual café serving authentic Dominican food. She spoke warmly about the restaurant and the importance of good food in her Miami life, balancing commercial modeling with the practical demands of helping run a business. That combination had already given her experience in two very different working environments while she was still in her early twenties.
