Lindsay Wagner is an American actress, glamour and nude model. Born Lindsay Elizabeth Wagner on March 14, 1988, in Omaha, Nebraska, she has also been credited as Lindsey Wagner. Playboy named her its November 2007 Playmate at 19. Her appearance came in the 2000s, as Playboy's print tradition began to share space with an expanding online presence.
Wagner has natural breasts, brown eyes and blond hair. Her measurements are 34-27-34.
Lindsay Wagner entered modeling while working as a receptionist at a tanning salon in Omaha, Nebraska. An associate of a local photographer noticed her there and helped introduce her to professional shoots. Around the same period, Wagner worked as a ring girl for the Omaha Fight Club, an environment she knew particularly well because both of her brothers competed. Their involvement also encouraged her interest in mixed martial arts and UFC, although her own training focused on self-defense rather than competitive fighting.
Education initially remained part of Wagner’s plans. After attending Bryan High School from 2002 to 2006, she briefly studied at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. Modeling was still relatively new when her friend Jordan Monroe, herself a Playboy Playmate, forwarded Wagner’s portfolio to an editor at the magazine. The referral produced an invitation that took Wagner considerably farther from home than she expected.
Flying to Los Angeles for her Playboy test was Wagner’s first experience traveling by airplane. The trip ended with her selection for a centerfold photographed by Stephen Wayda, turning what had begun with local photography in Omaha into a national modeling opportunity. Wagner had wanted to appear in Playboy but regarded the possibility as sufficiently remote that the speed of her selection surprised her.
Television assignments followed her centerfold. Wagner appeared as herself on the third season of The Girls Next Door and joined other Playmates for two episodes of Playboy TV’s Hot Babes Doing Stuff Naked. These appearances extended her involvement with Playboy beyond photography and introduced her to the television and promotional opportunities surrounding the magazine during the late 2000s.
Wagner continued modeling while also developing business interests, later describing herself as both a model and entrepreneur. Her priorities eventually shifted toward married and family life, with much of her time outside professional work spent at home. Playboy had nevertheless represented a dramatic expansion of experience for someone whose career began locally in Omaha: before her test she had never boarded an airplane, while her selection subsequently brought modeling, television and entrepreneurial opportunities.
