Lauren was selected as Playmate after winning Fox’s television special Who Wants to Be a Playboy Centerfold?, broadcast in May 2002. Her July 2002 Playboy profile says she entered the competition with prior modeling experience from Playboy’s Girls of the SEC pictorial in October 2001.
