Lauren Anderson is an American nude and glamour model. She was born on June 6, 1980, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has also been credited as Lauren Anderson-Brignac. Playboy named her its July 2002 Playmate at 22. Her appearance came in the 2000s, as Playboy's print tradition began to share space with an expanding online presence.
Anderson has natural breasts, blue eyes and blond hair. Her measurements are 34-24-35.
Anderson’s first connection with Playboy came while she was studying at the University of Florida. After growing up with softball, volleyball and basketball, she appeared in the magazine’s “Girls of the SEC” pictorial in October 2001. The following year brought a much bigger stage when she competed on Fox’s Who Wants to Be a Playboy Centerfold? and won the televised competition, turning an early magazine appearance into a broader relationship with Playboy.
That relationship continued through Playboy videos, special editions and other appearances around the brand. Anderson was comfortable enough on camera to move naturally into television as well, appearing on Howard Stern, Fear Factor, The Girls Next Door and The Two Coreys. In Las Vegas, she also hosted the Stardust Resort & Casino variety production Headlights and Tailpipes.
Entertainment was only one part of the plan. Anderson studied toward veterinary medicine and spoke about wanting to establish an animal rescue, an interest that developed alongside her public involvement with animal-rights causes. The combination was characteristic of her career at the time: modeling and television supplied visibility, while animals remained a subject she intended to pursue well beyond the camera.
She also put that visibility to work commercially. Anderson founded Lauren Anderson Entertainment Inc. and became involved in tanning and beauty businesses in the Gainesville area. In 2008, Playboy Spain returned her to the magazine world with a cover and pictorial, several years after the television contest that had first brought her national attention.
Anderson’s career never settled into a single lane. College modeling led to reality television; Playboy led to hosting and further screen appearances; and those opportunities developed alongside business ventures and animal advocacy. The interesting part is not simply that she moved beyond a centerfold, but that she treated each new platform as something to build on rather than a destination in itself.
