Nicole Narain is an American actress, glamour and nude model. She was born Nicole Kim Narain on July 28, 1974, in Chicago, Illinois. Playboy named her its January 2002 Playmate at 27. Her appearance came in the 2000s, as Playboy's print tradition began to share space with an expanding online presence.
Narain has natural breasts, brown eyes and black hair. Her measurements are 34-27-35.
Narain had been modeling intermittently since childhood, but her first direct connection with Playboy came after senior editor Kevin Kaster noticed her at the Chicago nightclub Circus. That encounter led to an appearance in the magazine’s “Girls of Mardi Gras” pictorial in March 2000, giving her a foothold with Playboy well before her later centerfold. Her early life had already mixed athletics and visibility—she ran track in high school and was twice elected homecoming queen.
Playboy remained a recurring part of her work afterward. Narain appeared in numerous Playboy videos and also competed on a Playmates edition of Fear Factor, where she was eliminated during the first stunt. Television appearances broadened from reality formats into scripted comedy and drama, with credits including One on One, MADtv, Entourage and American Heiress, as well as appearances on Howard Stern.

In 2005, Narain became the subject of intense tabloid attention over a private recording involving Irish actor Colin Farrell. Farrell sued in an effort to prevent the tape’s sale, distribution or display; despite the legal action, it circulated online, and the dispute was later settled amicably. It was an unwelcome kind of publicity, but one that became a significant part of her public story during the mid-2000s.
Narain later spoke publicly about a more personal subject. In 2009, she appeared on The Joy Behar Show in connection with her participation in Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew, where she discussed seeking treatment for sex addiction. By that point, her public life had moved through modeling, Playboy, television, music videos and highly scrutinized personal publicity. What began with a nightclub discovery in Chicago ultimately became a much broader—and sometimes considerably more complicated—life in front of the camera.
