Tishara Lee Cousino is an American actress, glamour and nude model. She was born on June 16, 1978, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has also been credited as Tishara Cousino. Playboy named her its May 1999 Playmate at 20. Her appearance came during Playboy's 1990s print era, a period increasingly shaped by entertainment and celebrity culture.

Tishara Lee Cousino grew up in Las Vegas, attending a private Lutheran school with a strong emphasis on Christian spirituality and cheerleading during her high-school years. At eighteen, a visit to one of the city’s topless revues sparked an interest in becoming a dancer. She spent years taking dance classes while working as a secretary and also explored meditation, alternative medicine and training in naturopathy before modeling unexpectedly changed her plans.
That change began during a visit to Los Angeles. While shopping at the Guess store on Rodeo Drive, Cousino was approached by Guess co-founder Paul Marciano, who asked whether she was interested in modeling. Cousino told him that Playboy was what interested her. Marciano made several calls on her behalf, and within a week she was shooting at Playboy’s Studio West.
Cousino developed a substantial relationship with Playboy after her centerfold. She appeared in several Playboy videos, numerous newsstand special editions and worked as a promotional model for the company for approximately five years. Modeling also brought assignments with other publications, including Las Vegas Life, FHM, Street Customs and Automatic Surfing.
One of her most notable later fashion shoots came in 2004, when she appeared in Italian Vogue alongside Pamela Anderson, Audra Lynn and Karen McDougal. That same period marked another professional shift: Cousino obtained her Nevada real estate broker’s license in late 2004 and moved into real estate sales and investment. She also worked in interior design, particularly in Las Vegas.
Cousino’s career repeatedly changed direction—from aspirations to dance and naturopathy to Playboy, fashion modeling and eventually property. Las Vegas remained an important anchor throughout those changes; she described herself as a “Vegas girl for life” even after living elsewhere.
