Lynn Karrol is an American glamour, fashion, and nude model. She was born on July 31, 1939, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Playboy named her its December 1961 Playmate at 22. Her appearance came during the 1960s, as Playboy grew into a major force in American magazine publishing.
Karrol has natural breasts, blue eyes and blond hair. Her measurements are 35-22-35.
Lynn Karrol grew up around aviation rather than discovering it later as a hobby. Her father operated a small flying field outside Pittsburgh, and she began flying with him before earning her own pilot’s license at 16. Once solo flying became familiar, she pushed the experience further by taking up parachuting, logging nine jumps and returning home on weekends whenever she could to keep practicing.
That appetite for the air existed alongside a more conventional modeling career. Karrol attended a Pittsburgh finishing school, then stayed on to teach younger models the practical skills she had learned there, including makeup, styling and speech. After moving to Manhattan, she worked in fashion and television modeling while also developing her abilities as a makeup artist behind the scenes.
She hoped those credits would eventually lead into television, commercials or film, and spoke about wanting to become genuinely good at whichever field she pursued rather than simply collect appearances. Modeling offered the immediate route, but Karrol understood that a serious movie contract might also mean giving up some of the riskier pursuits she enjoyed most—particularly skydiving.

Karrol was polished enough for fashion and television work, yet happiest when there was some motion involved: flying, parachuting, swimming, boating or dancing.
