Priscilla Huggins

Playboy Playmate of The Month for July 2020

Priscilla Huggins Bio Editors Choice

Priscilla Huggins is a Puerto-Rican actress, glamour and fashion model. She was born on October 26, 1993, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and has also been credited as Priscilla Huggins Ortiz and Priscilla Ortiz. Playboy named her its July 2020 Playmate at 26. Her appearance came during Playboy's contemporary era of international and digital publishing.

Huggins has natural breasts, blue eyes and black hair. Her measurements are 36-26-41.

Volleyball came before professional modeling for Priscilla Huggins. Before building her career in fashion and glamour, she competed as an athlete and was part of Puerto Rico’s national volleyball team. It is a substantial piece of her background that sits somewhat unexpectedly beside the modeling work for which she later became better known.

By 2020, Huggins was working as a full-time model, and Playboy had become an important part of that career. She appeared in Playboy Mexico, with her Tulum pictorial photographed by Ana Dias, before becoming Playboy’s Miss July 2020. Huggins remembered the Mexican location as particularly inspiring and described the resulting photographs as sensual but elegant. The assignment was among her favorite shoots at the time.

Acting was already on her mind during her Playboy interview. Huggins said she intended to continue modeling for as long as possible while pursuing a field she had long wanted to explore. Subsequent screen credits gave that ambition concrete form. Under the name Priscilla Huggins Ortiz, she appeared in Panama and Model House, while an earlier screen appearance came in the 2015 music video for Sage the Gemini and Nick Jonas’s “Good Thing.” Her career consequently moved between fashion, glamour, music-video work and film.

Her plans extended beyond entertainment as well. Huggins told Playboy that one of her long-term goals was to establish a nonprofit in Puerto Rico through which she could help the place and people connected to her upbringing. It was an unusually specific ambition to include in a Playmate interview and added another dimension to a profile otherwise centered on modeling, athletics and an emerging interest in acting.

Priscilla Huggins’s July 2020 feature therefore arrived at an interesting midpoint rather than defining the whole story. Puerto Rican national-team volleyball belonged to the years before modeling; Playboy Mexico and Miss July documented her glamour career; and Panama and Model House later fulfilled at least part of the acting ambition she discussed with Playboy. Seen together, those facts make her Playmate appearance a useful snapshot of a career in transition, taken just as Huggins was beginning to look beyond full-time modeling toward what might come next.
