Dolores Del Monte

Playboy Playmate, Miss March 1954

Dolores Del Monte Bio

March 15, 1932 - February 11, 2023 / Pisces / Age 90

Dolores Del Monte was an American-born Playboy model. She was born under the sign of Pisces on March 15, 1932 in Spokane, Washington, United States.

Dolores Del Monte was Playboy Playmate of the Month for March 1954. She was awarded the prestigious title of Playboy Playmate at the age of 21. Her measurements are 34-24-35. Dolores Del Monte had natural breasts, soulful brown eyes, and brown hair.

She commenced her career as a model for photographer Bruno Bernard, specializing in figure modeling. Bernard mainly supplied his images to the Baumgarth Calendar Company, located in Melrose Park, Illinois.

In late 1953, she received a letter requesting her permission to feature her picture in Playboy. Unfamiliar with Playboy at the time, she thought it was a pin-up featuring her in a leopard-print bathing suit labeled "Number Four Forever," as Playboy's Miss March 1954. Consequently, she agreed to it and signed the release but never laid eyes on the actual magazine.

As it turns out, the image titled "Radiant Beauty," originally a pin-up by Bruno Bernard sold to the Baumgarth Calendar Company, found its way to Hugh Hefner, who later featured it in the March 1954 issue of his newly launched Playboy Magazine.
