Teri Peterson Bio
By the time Teri Peterson appeared in Playboy, she had already built a career as a fashion model. Born in Santa Monica, California, on November 6, 1959, Peterson brought professional experience to the magazine rather than making her public debut there.
She became Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in July 1980, at age 20. Her pictorial, “Going in Style,” introduced her to a wider audience and was followed by appearances in several Playboy special-edition publications.
Modeling remained an important part of Peterson’s career, but she also pursued acting. She appeared in a small, uncredited role in The House of God and focused much of her acting work on stage productions in the Los Angeles area.
In later years, Peterson moved into fitness, working as a martial arts instructor and personal trainer. Her career spans fashion modeling, Playboy, acting, and physical training.
