Vicki McCarty is an American glamour model, reporter, producer, radio host, and actress. Born Vicki Ann McCarty on January 13, 1954, in Los Angeles, California, she has also been credited as Vicki McCarty Iovine. Playboy named her its September 1979 Playmate at 25. Her appearance came during Playboy's 1970s print era, when the magazine reached the height of its mass-market influence.

Vicki McCarty arrived at the center of a magazine spread with an academic résumé that would have impressed any newsroom. A longtime student leader in Los Angeles, she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the School of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley, then earned a J.D. from UC Hastings School of Law and an L.L.B. in Public International Law from Cambridge.
