Vicki Lasseter Bio
Vicki Lasseter is an American glamour and nude model. She was born Vicki Lynn Lasseter on February 19, 1960, in Iola, Kansas. Playboy named her its February 1981 Playmate at 20. Her appearance came during Playboy's polished, high-production 1980s period.
Lasseter has natural breasts, brown eyes and brown hair. Her measurements are 36-23-34.
Discovered in Texas after a stretch of college appearances and the era’s raucous wet‑T‑shirt circuit, Lasseter brought a kind of big‑sky, Southern ease to the glossy pages. That regional momentum—equal parts sun and stagecraft—helped her move from local attention to national exposure, a trajectory that read as much like a working model’s hustle as a Hollywood origin story.
Her Playboy spread was shot by Arny Freytag, whose glossy, bright style suited the sun‑kissed images the pictorial favored. Off the page, Lasseter’s energy translated into work on the road: she became a familiar presence at promotional appearances, traveling the country on behalf of the magazine and joining mainstream campaigns for brands such as Anheuser‑Busch, where she mixed modeling with crowd‑facing publicity.
Those bookings kept her in the public eye for a season beyond the newsstand—contract work, appearances and the usual circuit of events that turned a single pictorial into a string of engagements. Photographers and promoters alike found her charisma useful in live settings, a quality that let the magazine deploy her for both staged shoots and real‑time promotions.
Later life settled into a quieter rhythm. Lasseter returned to Texas, where she built a family life with her husband and daughter, trading the nonstop travel of promotional tours for a steadier domestic chapter. The picture that remains in the archive is therefore twofold: an image-maker’s bright, high‑production spread and the afterlife of those images in appearances and advertising that carried a Playmate’s season through the rest of the 1980s.
