Pamela Zinszer is an American actress, glamour and nude model. She was born on September 6, 1955, in Arkansas City, Kansas, and has also been credited as Charlotte Carter and Pam Collins. Playboy named her its March 1974 Playmate at 18. Her appearance came during Playboy's 1970s print era, when the magazine reached the height of its mass-market influence.
Zinszer has natural breasts, blue eyes and brown hair. Her measurements are 36-24-36.
Her centerfold was shot by Mario Casilli, the polished studio hand who helped define Playboy’s look in the 1970s, and the pictorial was reprised in several of the magazine’s European editions the same month—France, Germany and Italy among them—giving the images a wider circulation than a single U.S. publication would have offered.
