Jade Fairbrother is a South African Glamour, fitness, and nude model. She was born Jade Earp-Jones on October 19, 1986, in Cape Town, South Africa. She appeared in an international edition of Playboy in September 2011 at 24. Her appearance came during Playboy's contemporary era of international and digital publishing.

Jade Fairbrother came to Playboy after studying Psychology and Criminology at university, following school years filled with dance, debate and writing. Some informal modeling experience eventually developed into something more serious, and at 24 she stepped into the public eye with a pictorial for Playboy South Africa in September 2011. The appearance quickly turned what had been a developing modeling career into a much more visible one.
Within months, Fairbrother was working beyond Playboy as well. She appeared in a lingerie and swimwear fashion show for New Zealand label Ruby and modeled for brands including Ty-Rok clothing, Passion Fruit Lingerie and Uwe Koetter Jewellers. In February 2012, Hugh Hefner announced by video that she had become Playboy South Africa’s first Playmate of the Year. The honor brought a March cover and a trip to the Playboy Mansion.
Her Playboy photographs soon traveled well beyond South Africa. They appeared in editions including Portugal, Croatia, France and Germany, while she received additional Playmate distinctions in Hungary and Croatia during 2012. She also participated in Playboy South Africa’s “More than just a centerfold” advertising campaign, making her one of the edition’s particularly visible personalities during its early years.
Fairbrother subsequently broadened her work into presenting, competitions and charity projects. She was named Bounce Girl of the Year for 2012, became one of Fashion One’s African presenters and hosted the weekly Bikini Weather segment for Ballz Visual Radio. In 2013, she reached the SA Swimsuit competition’s top ten and the top twenty of Women’s Health’s Beach Body of the Year while three months pregnant. That year she also won Col’Cacchio’s Celebrity Chef series, raising R339,225 for Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital.
After taking time away from the spotlight during pregnancy and early motherhood, Fairbrother returned with further international Playboy appearances and a new emphasis on fitness competition. Beginning in 2015, she competed across several organizations, collecting podium finishes before winning the Ms Fitness Bikini category at the 2016 IBFF Redemption Classic and the Fitness Bikini category at IFBB Miss SA Extreme. It was an unusually broad second act for a career that had first gained national attention through Playboy.
