Moet Meira

Playboy Cybergirl of the Week, August 2003

Moet Meira Bio

Moet Meira is an American Glamour and nude model. She was born on October 5, 1976, in Memphis, Tennessee. Playboy featured her as Cybergirl of the Week on August 11, 2003 at 26. The feature was part of Playboy's web-first model program.

Meira has enhanced breasts, hazel eyes and brown hair. Her measurements are 34-24-33.

Moet Meira’s move to New York began with education rather than show business. She studied political science at Queens College, but the city soon opened other doors. Acting and modeling became increasingly important, and she continued refining her performance work through additional study at New York acting schools and courses at NYU’s School of Continuing Education.

Her screen credits ranged across film and television. Meira appeared in K-PAX, Any Given Sunday and Funny Valentine, while television work included Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Sopranos, New York Undercover and Hope & Faith. Those projects gave her a foothold in the busy New York production world she had once admired simply as a student arriving in the city.

Meira eventually moved beyond acting into work behind the camera as well. She hosted, directed and produced the cable variety program Culture Up, which was shown in several American cities. She also developed Broadcast Muse, a documentary connected to the program, expanding her role from performer to filmmaker and producer rather than remaining exclusively in front of the lens.

Her interests outside entertainment became just as varied. Meira practiced yoga at an advanced level, became involved in humanitarian work and continued writing fiction. She also built experience in real estate development, primarily in New York State. Earlier travels had included study in Israel and participation in the Gadna youth military program, another entry in a life that repeatedly moved beyond the path she had originally expected.

That breadth makes Meira’s Playboy-era story difficult to reduce to modeling alone. Political science, acting, television production, filmmaking, writing, yoga and property development all became part of the same career. The young woman who arrived in New York to study government ultimately found the city useful for something broader: building a life in which each new interest could become another professional direction.
