Lena Li Bio
Lena Li is a Taiwanese Actress and nude model. She was born on November 11, 1975, in Taipei, Taiwan, and has also been credited as Mercy Li, Mayako Mali, and Magdalena Li. Playboy featured her as Cybergirl of the Week on February 25, 2002 at 26. The feature was part of Playboy's web-first model program.
Li has enhanced breasts, brown eyes and black hair. Her measurements are 38-24-35.
Lena Li’s modeling career began after college and quickly developed across both Asian and American glamour publishing. She gained particular visibility through Kim Mizuno’s East West calendars between 2002 and 2004, while also appearing in Images From Asia calendar projects. Her exceptionally long dark hair became one of her most recognizable features, giving her photographs an identity that stood out even within the crowded glamour scene of the early 2000s.
Her Playboy connection actually began before her later online feature. In 2001, Li appeared in Playboy Taiwan as well as Playboy’s American Voluptuous Vixens special, establishing a relationship with the brand on both sides of the Pacific. She later became a familiar presence at Playboy Mansion events in California, extending that association beyond the pages and into the social world surrounding the magazine.
Li continued working with other glamour outlets as her portfolio expanded. She posed topless for ModFXmodels in 2005 and appeared nude for Score during 2006 and 2007. Those assignments placed her within a particularly active period for online and specialty glamour photography, when models could move between calendars, magazine features and emerging web platforms without belonging exclusively to any one publisher.
Off camera, Li had interests that were considerably quieter than the exhibitionist image Playboy occasionally emphasized. She enjoyed writing, poetry and the arts, adding another dimension to a career usually remembered through photographs. Even her well-documented love of extremely spicy food became part of her Playboy personality; friends reportedly laughed as she ordered the hottest dishes available and then added still more chili peppers.
Li’s career ultimately stretched across American Playboy, Playboy Taiwan, calendar modeling and independent glamour work. What makes her record distinctive is not a single pictorial but the way she moved between Asian and American publishing at a moment when glamour modeling was rapidly shifting from print toward the web. The California model who had grown up in Taiwan ended up with a portfolio that reflected both worlds.
