The North Carolina brunette was juggling life as a full-time nanny with a full course load at the University of North Carolina, where she studied psychology and criminal justice. Ambitious, focused and apparently not much interested in taking the easy route, Amber already had her future mapped out.
Her first choice was clinical psychology. “I want to become a clinical psychologist,” she told Playboy. But this was a woman who believed in having a backup plan, and Amber’s Plan B had considerably more hardware attached to it: becoming a police officer. Naturally, Playboy couldn't resist the possibilities. Amber wasn't exactly discouraging them, either. “Nothing is sexier than a woman who can cuff you!” she joked.
