She appeared in an international edition of Playboy in June 2022 at 26. Her appearance came during Playboy's contemporary era of international and digital publishing.

Stella had been familiar with Playboy for years before the opportunity arose to work with the magazine. Already an admirer of the brand, she welcomed the invitation and traveled to shoot with photographer Henrik Pfeifer. The collaboration resulted in her June 2022 Playboy Plus feature.
For Stella, the experience was closely connected with the artistic side of figure photography. She felt comfortable and free in front of the camera, and the Playboy shoot even influenced her own creative work afterward, inspiring her to explore the nude figure as a subject in her paintings. In that sense, modeling and painting became two different ways of approaching the same visual form.
Travel provides another important source of inspiration. By the time of her Playboy interview, Stella had visited 17 countries—an achievement she cited with particular pride. Between painting, museums, exhibitions, modeling and exploring new destinations, her Playboy appearance fits naturally into a life driven by curiosity about art and the places where she can discover it.
